We may suspend or terminate your access to Madenix services if you: Violate these Terms. Engage in harmful or unlawful conduct. Threaten community safety. You may also discontinue use at any time by closing your accounts and stopping activity on our sites.

8. Third-Party Services
Our services may link to third-party sites or decentralized applications (dApps). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, specifically the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services must be brought exclusively in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona or, if that court does not have jurisdiction, in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
